What can you do about it? First you must accept that it will always be here. With some simple stress-management techniques, though, you can have a much more relaxed life.

Easy Stress Management

1. Through your nose take deep breaths by closing your eyes, pay attention to your breathing, and let the tension drain from your muscles while doing this.

2. Exercise. This is a great stress management technique even if you have at least ten minutes to spare.

3. Kiss or hug. This one's a studied and proven stress-reducer. As long as it's from somebody you don't mind kissing & hugging you.

4. Get away from any stressors, like to take a walk in some beautiful scenery.

5. Break up your routine. Do anything that breaks you out of your habitual patterns can relieve stress.

6. Take a hot bath or shower. The hot water relaxes your muscles, the break from more stressful activities helps, and pleasure seems to diminish stress even make it more pleasureable by adding some essestial oils.

7. Laughing. Find the joker a work and spend ten minutes him. If not watch a funny film on DVD or TV.

8. Listen to a relaxing CD. Keep relaxing CDs at the office, or wherever you'll need them most.

You can change your stress with time, so you're naturally more relaxed. In the meantime, the stress management techniques listed above really aren't difficult, so why not try one or two today?

The best thing of all STRESS is not a terminal illiness and it can be beaten.
