When i was at my worse with stress, i was so tight up suffering from depression and suffering eposides of panic and anxiety, i found that i could not unwind from work.
I felt i could never relax and rest, i was always up tight, feeling unwell and never able to recover from my days work, i was suffering from lack of sleep and fagitue, i just wanted to sleep. Then when i attended my first stress course with the local NHS, i was introduced to a relax vocal tape, which because i didnt have a tape player, i helped to develop into a CD and then added a extra track. http://www.smugs.org.uk/cd_buy.html See the link for further details, but please remember i have not developed this website to sell CD's, if i did the price would be sky high like other peoples stress CD's. The website is to assist and promote better understand of health issues of the mind. So dont suffer in silence!!!! |
