Where to start?  I suffer from panick attacks and axiety as well a despression due to bp and schizo.  Ptsd is just too present at this time with all that is going on.   Hubby had been hospitalized for over a month and this week coming home wich literally freaks me out as I was to be recovered myself for mental issues so we do as we can with what we have hoping to hold in one piece till my time comes to take care of my own needs.

No need to ask if we have familiars that could help as the only family present is making things worse and to be avoided and we ahve no friends here to help out.  So is life.

If you have questions, just ask.

Hope to meet you guys.

Special hug to listeningear

Thanks hun.  Thought there was a glim light but i was mistaken and back to the hard reality of life.
Sounds like he is not being release from hospital as told so repacking a luggage for him. I'll find out
more tonight as our gp is visiting him (am too sick to go out).

I talked to the psi and he is getting worried about me as the therapy is not working (bonus).  My
body fights medication in general so it just burns out the medication before they have time to start
helping me.

Hello Granny

A warm welcome to the smugs forum, i have read your story and totally understand how you feel and what you are going through, their is no need to feel alone, as we are all human and it is a primal instinct to care and protect for each other.

On this forum you have the protection of a user name, which is like a shield that can protect youself but also allow you to open up.

I look forward to reading further posts from you. If you have any problems with the forum or you dont know how to do something, feel free to send me a internal message or email to admin@smugs.org.uk

Regards
