M.I.N.D Were great when i was at a real low and needed some help I have contacted them today and they are happy to let us leave the SMUGS postcards there for people who need a period of respite
I hope this may help the site take off as it is so needed not just in our local area but nationwise, there just isnt enough support out there for those suffering often in silence
