We all wait for a whole year for christmas to arrive, those that have small children wait with baited breath to see that big beam when their long awaited gift is opened and then they toss it to one side as they move on to the next present, we sit deflated sometimes knowing the struggle and hard work that has gone into preparing for this one day.
For others it means lonely times, remembering perhaps those loved and lost and we can plummit into darkness very quickly without warning.
For some older age means they have no visitors at all and are sat alone wondering what all the fuss is about.
Some may of course have religious beliefs and may want to celebrate the day for their own reasons, but where ever you fall in this listing one thing i do know as, a person bereaved, a mother, a person that has and still does suffer from depression, and a human being, christmas can be very stressful, those suffering from depression/stress/PTSD can find it a challenging time, if you are one of these people please come to the site where people will not only understand, but will offer you support and patience.
What do you have to loose?
