As you can see there are many buttons on the screen that will lead you to many features, the main input screen is where you can store your daily thoughts and feelings each day. There is also a test that will aid you to see how depressed you are over time, you can then stamp your score in the diary and you can reflect back over time on how you felt each day of the week and to see when you are suffering from your anxiety and stress the most.
